Your ego and its impact on your coaching
One of the barriers to coaching others is our own sense of self (our ego). In this keynote, we’ll look at the challenge of relaxing our natural urge to retain a sense of control during a conversation, e.g. to solve the problem or know the answer. We’ll also learn how this compulsion runs much deeper than a learnt behavioural style. And as we explore the subject of the ego and how we relate to ourselves, you will become more aware of your own sense of self and the strength of influence your ego can have upon you and your clients in your coaching work.
