Practice makes perfect
Your recent edition (vol 5, issue 3, p20) of Coaching at Work talks of bad practice in coaching, while Talking Point raises the question of policing. There are questions I would like raised in this debate. These fall broadly into two areas.
The first relates to the needs we hope to meet by our approaches. Whose and which needs? Without a clear response we have no basis for holding discussions and making decisions. Worse, the true basis for our discussions and decision-making becomes a hidden agenda.
