Kim Morgan and Lis Merrick picked up their Coaching at Work glass trophies at an awards ceremony at the Coaching and Mentoring at Work conference on 11 July. Morgan, who is our Coaching Person of the Year, said she was honoured and delighted, and Merrick, our Mentoring Person of the Year, said that she planned to celebrate winning her award by setting up a mentoring roadshow to spread the word about mentoring.
