Pfeffer & Sutton, 2000) is a well-established phenomenon. We usually know what we should be doing, but there is often a gap between that positive intention and the implementation phase.
A range of factors can impact upon this gap – not knowing where to start; the sheer ‘busy-ness’ of life; shifting priorities… among a wide array of other potential hurdles.
