What is it? DeltaFeedback is an online 360 tool with a difference – it recognises that feedback scores will depend on how generous or conservative the responder is. Thus, on a scale of 1 (low) to 10 (high), a score of 6 may be low for a generous scorer, but high for a conservative one.
