‘30% CLUB’ MENTORS WOMEN INTO CORPORATE ROLES

More than 500 leaders from 44 organisations gathered in London on 15 September at the launch of this year’s cross-company mentoring scheme from the 30% Club.
The 30% Club seeks to improve the rate at which women progress through the pipeline to the C-Suite (consisting of senior managers with the title of ‘chief’) across corporate organisations (mostly FTSE 100).
