Swarovski’s global mentoring programme has won two awards at the TJ 2016 Awards.

The organisation and its partner The Conversation Space, picked up bronze awards in both the Best Coaching/Mentoring Programme and Best Commercial Programme categories. The programme, showcased at Coaching at Work’s annual conference last July, has gone from strength to strength since it began in 2014, and has now seen more than 200 people participate.
