Hetty’s book is beautiful, bold and optimistic. Be prepared to be provoked. It is for any coach who takes reflective practice seriously. It is also for leaders. Particularly those confronting the limitations of performance-focused cultures and being challenged by their accompanying reductive, fragmented realities.
