Coaching at Work pledges to support readers and those they work with to respond to the climate crisis.

Rest assured, we won’t preach, as we recognise that there are many ways to respond, that people have different values and perspectives, and that they operate in different contexts.

As part of our commitment to offer more support around this, we included a climate crisis hub stand at the annual Coaching at Work conference in July, staffed by Linda Aspey and others.

Additional current and planned initiatives include an online hub on our website with resources relating to coaching, mentoring and climate crisis, and we’re stepping up our editorial coverage of this topic. We included a profile of self-proclaimed climate change coach, Charly Cox, in the last issue, and we’re continuing to run the Three Minutes to Midnight column. This issue, we include an article on this topic by Linda Aspey, Zoe Cohen and Alison Whybrow (see pages 12-13). We have other material planned in keeping with a commitment to sharing multiple perspectives and actions.
