MINORITIES HOLD LESS THAN 5% OF HIGHEST UK JOBS

Only 51 of 1,097 of the most powerful roles in the UK are held by people from ethnic minorities – just 4.7% of the total number of top jobs, compared to the 13% proportion of the UK population, reveals the latest Colour of Power Index.
