The CIPD’s latest Health and Wellbeing at Work 2022 report, with Simplyhealth, reveals that the percentage of HR professionals who believe wellbeing is on senior leaders’ agendas has slipped from 75% to 70% over the past year. Similarly, there’s been a decrease in respondents who say managers have ‘bought into’ the importance of wellbeing, from 67% in 2021 to 60% in 2022. Only half of organisations (51%) are taking a strategic approach to employee wellbeing.
