In addition to recognizing winners among organizations (see Oman-based OQ and AstraZeneca) the International Coaching Federation (ICF)’s new Coaching Impact Awards recognized winners in the categories of professional coaches, and coaching education.

The Professional Coach 2023 winners are Tünde Erdös, MCC (Austria) and Tracy Sinclair, MCC (UK), with Jane Creswell, MCC (US) as finalist. 

In the Accomplished Coach category, the winner is Lina El Assaad, PCC (UAE), and the finalists Salman Amjad, PCC (Saudi Arabia) and Goldie Uttamchandani, PCC (Spain). In the Emerging Coach category, the winner is Moon Li, ACC (UK), and the finalist, Koushik Chatterjee, ACC (India).

The Coaching Education category recognizes coach educators and ICF-accredited providers who are leading and innovating coaching education. The Distinguished Coaching Education Provider winner is CoachME/Beckett McInroy Consultancy – Bahrain, and the finalists Coach Masters Academy – Singapore and Corporate Coach Academy – Malaysia. The Distinguished Coach Educator winner is Linda McLoughlin, MCC (Ireland), and the finalists Gillian McMichael, MCC (UK) and Rachel Petero, PCC (New Zealand). In the Emerging Coach Educator category, the winner is Hélène Thériault, PCC (Canada), and the finalists Timea Piroska, PCC (Hungary) and Guy Woods, PCC (Ireland).

The winners were recognized at a ceremony at ICF Converge 2023, on 23-26 August, in Orlando, Florida, US.
