WOMEN ‘BLUR BOUNDARIES’ WHEN HOME WORKING

Women working remotely struggle to separate their work and home lives, finds research. 

Women are much more likely to blur boundaries between work and family life, becoming regularly distracted in work time, often increasing stress levels and making them less productive, finds the study by researchers from Durham University Business School. Men were more likely to consider work completely separately from their family time.
