BACP considers coaching register in draft strategy
The British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)’s Coaching division is considering developing a register for coaching, training competencies and a certificate of proficiency.
Also on the agenda is highlighting and marketing the ‘unique selling point’ of counselling-trained coaches, and reviewing and creating an ethical framework that enables the safe delivery of coaching in practice.
