Peter is an experienced coach, mentor and business leader who works with personal and business clients. Peter has a Masters Degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practice (distinction) from Oxford Brookes University. Peter is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and fully subscribes to their code of practice. Peter has coached and mentored individuals and teams throughout his 30 year career in business, which has included senior leadership roles in FTSE 100 companies and venture capital backed organisations. He has significant experience of coaching and mentoring teams through cultural and organisational change, and uses this experience when working with personal clients who face significant career decisions or who have developmental needs they are unsure of. Peter is committed to lifelong learning and regularly attends workshops & seminars to further develop his practice.

Peter approach to coaching is client-centric. This means his approach will be matched to the need of the client.
