I am an executive coach, coach tutor and coach supervisor. I work with individuals to unlock their potential and support positive change. I have been working independently since 2004 at www.pamelafay.ie. Prior to that I was Business Performance Manager in Diageo Ireland (2000 to 2003) and was project manager for speciality foods in Bord Bia (1995 to 1999).

I am a relational coach and my training is grounded in Gestalt. My style is to create a non-judgmental space for clients to bring their coaching agenda. My role as coach is to be curious and provide a supportive professional presence for clients to explore how they are in life at present and what changes they might want to make. I am a thinking partner for my clients and to hold them accountable (to themselves) for the commitments that they want to make.
