Seren is a PCC level accredited coach with the ICF and an accredited coach and coach supervisor with the EMCC. She brings deep insight and multi-cultural experience from a diverse career in personal and organisational development spanning over 25 years. During this time she has helped transform the working lives of hundreds of professionals, leaders and managers; helping them build wellbeing and resilience strategies, navigate complex organisational situations, identify greater meaning and purpose in their work, achieve greater impact and influence in the work that they do. Her core strength is the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with them to co-create a vision for success.
