HYBRID WORKING REDUCES EMPLOYEE LONELINESS
Some 43% of people feel lonely at work although home and hybrid working has improved relationships both in and outside of the job for many, according to a survey of 2,000 people by the British Red Cross.
Some 75% of people who moved to a home or hybrid working model said the change had affected their work relationships, finds the survey carried out between August and September 2022, as part of the Loneliness at Work report.
