Coaching approach

My style is relational, conversational, systemic, improvised and pragmatic. How I am and what I do is in relation to how my clients are, what they bring, and what then unfolds between us. I pay attention to what they say, and how they say it. I am interested in their presenting issues, as well as in the relationships, situations, contexts, and cultures that enable those issues to present as they do. And my work is improvised in the moment as it happens in real time. Throughout, my approach supports and challenges my clients to notice, acknowledge and make sense of the evidence, experience and significance of their own leadership as a resource for their deliberate experiments in doing what works, and in sensing and responding to what then emerges from being positively disruptive in working towards change in themselves, and in the organisations and systems they impact and influence.
