Forty-three per cent of senior HR leaders don’t think HR business partners (HRBPs) are ready for future requirements of their role, according to a report. The report by Corporate Research Forum found 95% of respondents are currently using HRBPs but that the role is changing significantly and will become an increasingly important part of the people function.
