I work with leaders, their teams and rising talent primarily in commercial organizations with a focus on financial markets. I work directly with clients as Adrian Goodall Associates, and also as an associate with Oxford Group, Caulfield, Transform People and other firms. Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ACC), NLP Business Practitioner and accredited in Clean Coaching for Leadership. Experience also in Systems Coaching and Solutions Focus plus 7 years active involvement as a volunteer ECB-qualified cricket coach. My earlier career incl as a senior equity analyst with firms including Goldman Sachs and SBC Warburg (UBS), then Director of Strategy at Thus plc, a national telecom/internet provider, then a self-employed consultant and trainer, working with numerous entrepreneurs and corporate teams in presenting, funding and developing their businesses and skills.
