An experienced Business Mentor and Managing Director in FMCG environments. Over 25 years experience in senior roles, mostly as a Business Consultant and Managing Director/Company Director. Finalist in the UK National Mentoring Awards 2023 in the 'Most Inspirational Mentor' and 'Excellence in Mentoring' categories. I have acted as a business mentor between challenging roles as Managing Director for various companies over the last 20 years. Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Associate Member of the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH). A qualified Assessor against the European Foundation for Quality Model (EFQM). Recent runner-up in the Enterprise Nation UK Adviser Awards 2022.
