I specialise in career management for senior managers, leaders, c-suite leaders and high potentials with aspirations to work at this level. I help them to navigate the unique twists and turns in their career so that they can show up as their best self no matter what's going on around them. Prior to establishing my coaching practice I was an HR Director for a global HR services organisation. I have broad-based experience of human resource management and development backed up by an in-depth knowledge of personal and professional development.

My coaching style is a balance of support and challenge based on a non-judgemental and non-directive approach. I create a safe and confidential space for my coachees to explore what they want 'to be, do and have' in their personal and professional lives, to make significant career decisions or to overcome specific challenges. I use an 'eclectic mix' of coaching tools and techniques to facilitate greater awareness and insight such as Solution Focussed and Co-Active coaching frameworks, near-linguistic programming (NLP), Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioural (CBC) questioning techniques; Values Elicitation; 360 Feedback and Psychometric Profiling Tools such as Gallup Strength Finder; Workstyle and Belbin.
