I am a chartered occupational and coaching psychologist, consultant, accredited Professional Executive Coach, and accredited coaching supervisor. For more than 20 years I have worked in the fields of leadership development and coaching, organisational change, strategy and culture, dignity and diversity at work, the physical working environment, team facilitation, and employee engagement. Our working lives often lack the space for reflection and generative thinking, and so my aim is to facilitate my clients to take a step back, build self awareness, develop confidence and self belief, acknowledge their strengths, and explore strategies in order to tap into their own creativity to maximize performance, resilience, and personal fulfilment.
