He has led on several HR functions, including Resourcing, Employee relations, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, learning and development and currently organisational development. He discovered his love and passion to help people fix their life's situations, and decided to train to be a Life Coach. The result is that he now has a proven track record of helping clients turn their dreams into reality by implementing project management principles.
