Coaching approach

As a psychological coach with a relational approach, my coaching style is fluid and adaptable, unlike the traditional, structured, and goal-oriented methods. Traditional coaching often focuses solely on achieving specific tasks, overlooking the broader context and associated psychological and emotional needs of the client. While this can be effective for some task-oriented goals, it doesn't contribute significantly to the client's deeper understanding of self and overall learning and development needed to be successful as a leader. In contrast, a relational coach recognizes that achieving goals effectively often involves addressing underlying psychological and emotional needs. By being attuned to the client's gestures, patterns, body language, and emotions, a relational coach adapts their approach moment to moment, responding appropriately to the client's communications during coaching.
