As a coach, I have worked with Chief Executives, Directors and Senior Managers in the private, public and third sectors and have a large portfolio of testimonials. Creative and intuitive, I specialise in helping individuals and groups maximise their potential by removing the internal and external barriers that limit performance. My eclectic range of coaching methods is influenced by the client-centred theories of Carl Rogers and by Timothy Gallwey’s Inner Game techniques. In my coaching work with organisations, I use a unique diagnostic tool, the Coaching Culture Audit to help implement an approach that goes well beyond using coaching for remedial or short-term development purposes.
